Job Description:

• Establishes VPN, LAN, WAN and DMZ specifications by conferring with users: enterprise level network security implementation and its monitoring.

• Continually improves the networks by monitoring and evaluating network performance issues including availability utilization and latency: planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of network and security equipment; maintaining it redundancy and backups; defining network policies and procedures and its implementation.

• Administers NAS, SAN, routers, switches, firewalls, video conferencing equipment, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

• Maintains network facilities in all machines, such as drivers and settings of personal devices and printers.

• Maintains network related servers such as Solarwinds , MRTG, Whatsup and VPN Gateways.

• Receiving and responding to incoming calls, e-mails, or pages regarding network operations and/or problems.

• Maintain, prepare, and uphold processes for reporting, statistically monitoring, and logging network performance.

This includes the ability to identify and resolve the most complex performance issues that may face our servers and network

• Conducting research on various networks and products of networking in support of its development and procurement efforts.

• Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards and vendor activities.

• Protects organizational value by keeping information confidential.

• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership of tasks and requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education/ Experience/ Skills:

• Qualification - Master/ Bachelor in IT .

• 5-6 Years of relevant Experience .

• Good Communication skills (written and spoken)

• Ability to learn & adapt quickly

• Should have good analytical skills & problem solving attitudes.
