TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager – MIS & Networks to lead and enhance our IT and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and a solid background in managing large-scale network operations within engineering or IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers to deliver high-performance results.
- Ensure the stability, availability, and scalability of network operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues and escalations.
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Enforce security policies and ensure regulatory compliance across all network layers.
- Oversee data center operations including power, cooling, and disaster recovery planning.
- Respond to incidents quickly; lead root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide clear and timely communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver regular reports on network health, security, and ongoing projects.
Technical Skills Required
- Networking: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers
- Monitoring & Analysis Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, DCIM platforms
- Operating Systems: Windows & Linux (administration level)
- Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
- Storage Systems: SAN/NAS
Leadership & Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing technical teams.
- Strong project management skills: planning, execution, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Experience managing vendors and negotiating service agreements.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
