Adamjee Life Assurance Co Ltd is looking for MANAGER LEGAL SERVICES.

Experience: 5 years

Qualification: LLB

Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Requirements:

Review legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, written statements/representations

Review drafts and vet contracts as per business needs

Review of new products terms & conditions and documents to ensure mitigation of legal exposure

Identity legal risks and propose possible solutions to mitigate such risks

Assist in matters of guardianship/succession certificates to ensure claim payout is in accordance with the law

Negotiate with the clients to reduce litigation burden

Review and prepare replies to various legal notices received in context to operational matters

Conduct investigations and inquiries on illegal matters such as, but not limited to, pocketing

Appear before judicial and non-judicial forums as the representative of Adamjee Life's legal team
