The candidate will be responsible to safeguard the company's reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to Head of Finance about all relevant issues.
Job title: Manager Legal
Education: BSc degree in Law / MA or Bsc in Business Administration
Experience: 3-4 years in the same field
Location: DHA/ Gulshan Karachi
Gender: Female/ Male ( female would be given preference)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
- Proficient knowledge of Labor Laws, International ventures, corporate SECP matters etc
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- Collaborate with Head of Finance to devise efficient defense strategies
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
- Drafting  agreements, contracts and other legal document
- Good communication and negotiation skills
