Manager It Security

Description:

• To protect IBEX infrastructure from emerging threats and help organization in achieving its business objectives
• This position acts as IS resource having thorough experience in different security domains.
• The role will manage implementation of IT Security Roadmap and security processes for the protection of ibex assets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage security initiatives independently.
• Manage the security operations and work to improve internal/external security posture.
• Oversee any third party and internal penetration testing / red team exercises.
• Lead the SOC initiatives and contribute in CERT program.
• Coordination with IT infrastructure & development teams for security and remediation guidelines.
• Develop security standards, guidelines and playbooks to be used within IT Security or dev teams.
• Reviewing application/system design and flow to achieve secure architecture.
• Supervise Vulnerability Management function.
• Determine new security solutions and coordinate Proof of Concept activities.
• Maintain and improve cloud security posture.
• Support in the execution of security & compliance initiatives & audits by IT Security Dept.
• Communicate regular security status and reports with the management.
