Description:
We are seeking a competent professional to manage and oversee the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure and applications across its centers in Pakistan. The role focuses on ensuring reliable technology operations, ERP administration, data security, system availability and effective user support across all offices and centers. The IT Manager will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to improve system efficiency, support remote working requirements and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- IT Systems and Applications Management
- Manage day to day operations of IT systems including ERP, HRMS, databases and collaboration tools
- Act as system administrator for Odoo ERP including user management, configuration support and basic customization
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate fixes and ensure minimal downtime
- Ensure data accuracy, backups and system integrity across platforms
2. ERP and Business Systems Support
- Support departments in effective use of ERP modules related to finance, HR, procurement and operations
- Coordinate with ERP vendors or consultants for enhancements, upgrades and issue resolution
- Document system processes, workflows and user guidelines
- Ensure role-based access controls and system security protocols
3. Website and Digital Assets Management
- Oversee maintenance and updates of the organization’s website ensuring accessibility and compliance standards
- Coordinate with developers or vendors for technical improvements and issue resolution
- Ensure website uptime, performance monitoring and basic analytics reporting
- Support content updates in coordination with relevant teams
4. Infrastructure, Hardware and Network Management
- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, internet connectivity and security tools
- Conduct IT needs assessment for head office, regional offices and centers
- Develop and implement SOPs for hardware procurement, allocation, maintenance and disposal
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses
5. IT Governance, Security and Compliance
- Develop and enforce IT policies related to data protection, access control and acceptable use
- Ensure regular data backups, antivirus protection and cybersecurity best practices
- Support internal and external audits by providing IT related documentation and controls
6. User Support and Capacity Building
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting to staff across locations
- Train users on ERP systems, applications and basic IT security practices
- Support remote work tools including email, cloud storage and collaboration platforms
Perform all other duties that fall under the scope and responsibility of a Manager IT. This
includes all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Programming and ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and enhancing user experience
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Certifications for Odoo or any other ERP system
