Al Rehman Developers is looking for a skilled and dedicated Manager IT to lead our technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all IT systems, ensuring network security, maintaining company hardware and software, and providing technical support to staff.

You will work closely with management to plan, develop, and implement new IT solutions that improve business efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and up-to-date technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
 

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are properly followed.
• Provide technical support and training to company staff when needed.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Installation/Monitor/Manage and configuration of CCTV and ensuring 24/7 functionality and data backup.
   

Required Skills
 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (Master Degree preffered) with Computer Science in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and network security.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
