Manager Internal Audit

Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the Secretary of the Audit Committee and coordinate with Internal Auditors to plan and execute the annual internal audit plan

• Review financial and operational records to continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems and provide recommendations to management and the Audit Committee.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal audit team, management, and the Audit Committee

• Keep abreast of developments in auditing standards, industry trends, and emerging risks.

• Facilitate the timely completion of audit work, ensuring the provision of management comments on the audit report and timely provisioning of reports to the Audit Committee and management.

• Qualifications: ACA, FCCA, ACMA, ACCA (Articleship Compulsory)

• Experience: 8 to 10 years relevant experience
