Description:

IGI Life Insurance Company Limited is looking for Manager Health Claims

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure claim settlements and payments as per SLAs agreed with clients and panelfacilties

Medicaladjudication of claims submitted for reimbursement within TATS Medical adjudication of OPD claims submitted by IGI employees, if required.

Review claim reports periodically to ensure cost effective claim settlement Physical verification of hospital reports & bills, wherever required Regularly conduct in-house meetings with team members to review performance and resolution of issues in hand.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

 Qualification:

M.B.B.S

Minimum 03-05 years working experience in health claims department

Self-driven, sound Communication skills, MS Office

Proficiencyanda flexible & cooperative team player
