Description:

The Manager Family Support & Measurement, Learning and Evaluation will be responsible for leading,
designing and supervising the execution of all existing and new Family Support programs and activities,
along with leading and executing Monitoring and Evaluation plans for all departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research and design of all emotional, informational and financial support programs
  • and services for parents and caregivers in Family Network
  • Implement, manage, supervise all emotional, informational and financial support programs
  • and services and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness for the Family Network
  • Develop annual departmental objectives and calendar of activities and manage their timely
  • execution and monitoring
  • Develop SOPs for all aspects of service functions and supervise their implementation
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of all data and records related to the Family Network
  • Liaise with relevant departments to have the concerns and needs of parents and caregivers
  • addressed and follow through on the effectiveness of the intervention provided
  • Research/initiate new avenues and areas within Family Support and facilitate in identifying
  • and liaising with external organizations for collaborations
  • Develop and implement the monitoring and evaluation frameworks in collaboration with
  • program leads
  • Lead the development and standardization of the data gathering tools and protocols for all
  • programs at KDSP
  • Participate in programmatic processes to understand the ins and outs and identify areas for
  • efficiency and some for centralization.
  • Improve data gathering systems to increase efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of
  • monitoring and evaluation processes
  • Figure out comprehensive, holistic and complete means of measurement for each area of
  • service to adequately and succinctly report impact and gaps
  • Build an organizational knowledge base by identifying research opportunities, leading and
  • participating in research initiatives
  • Any other task as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized institution preferred
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organized, responsible and punctual
  • Excellent organizational and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis, quantitative data management and analysis programs (e.g. MS Excel, SPSS, Stata, SAS, R) preferred
  • Prior research experience or familiarity of qualitative and quantitative research methods preferred.
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and work independently without constant supervision
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team
