Manager Credit Control

Description:

Raaziq International is looking for a seasoned and mature Credit Control Manager to oversee and manage the recovery operations of our Export Division locally at the initial stage and later at National level.

Key Responsibilities :

· Ensure timely collection and recovery of outstanding dues from clients across Pakistan.

· Monitor customer credit limits and payment cycles; follow up rigorously to avoid delays.

· Conduct account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.

· Develop and share accurate recovery and aging reports with HOD on a regular basis.

· Maintain updated records of collections payments, outstanding payments, and recovery action plans.

· Collaborate with regional teams to support follow-ups and resolve payment-related issues.

· Draft professional email communications regarding outstanding payments and account settlements.

· Prepare and deliver presentations related to recovery performance and account status to Management.

· Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

· Analyze payment trends and suggest preventive or corrective actions to mitigate credit risk.

· Strong analytical skills with excellent command over numbers.

· Good physical health and ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent account reconciliation knowledge.

· Proficient in report writing and email communication.

· Mature, responsible, and proactive approach to work.

Qualification : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience : Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in credit control or financial recovery roles.
