Agile is looking for "Manager Commercial Operations" for our Pharmaceutical Client.

Location: Karachi

Qualification: Degree in relevant subject/Professional qualification, MBA preferred

𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
➡Individuals must have over 6 to 8 years of experience in overseeing sales operations  
➡ Preferably have experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry
➡ Must be Currently working at Deputy Manager or Manager level

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
Individual must be responsible for: 
➡ Capturing all field related activities and subsequent reports,
➡ BU’s productivity analysis,
➡ Business Intelligence, dashboard reports, trends and pattern, 
➡ Timely Updating professionals list (Doctors List),
➡ Geo tracking of FF and Geo tagging of Drs, 
➡ Customer Universe Verification on agreed regular frequency,
➡ IQVIA sales, prescription and new launches, Sales Analyzer data and reports, 
➡ Incentive Calculations, vetting and timely reimbursements, 
➡ MREP architect, training, reporting and effectiveness, 
➡ Powerhouse of SOPs and SLA’s,  
➡ Daily Sales and distributors Reports, 
➡ Key interfaces include: Operation excellence, training, marketing, BU’s, function heads, IT, Finance, COO, HR, Distribution and others on regular basis,
