¨ Overall responsibility for customer opportunity pipeline growth

¨ Key Account Management & Relationship management with key clients (MNCs)

¨ Ensuring best service delivery to key customers by cross functional team work

¨ Responsible for client wise Revenue and Profitability

¨ Inducting new customers to achieve annual/quarterly targets

¨ Maximizing revenue from existing clients by tapping new opportunities from them

¨ Identifying new revenue streams & products for assuring revenue target

¨ Promoting services among new and existing clients

¨ End to end project management for new services and customers

¨ Daily coordination among all stake holders for ensuring best customer service

¨ Optimal pricing of products/services to meet Economic Profit targets

¨ Ensures the sales team has done all CIS required training, and individually assessed skill gaps vs. global sales standards are tackled.
