National Logistics Cell NLC is looking for Manager Claims & Recovery

Experience: 08 – 10 Years

Qualification: B.Sc (Civil) / M.Sc (Civil)

JOB EXPECTATION

1. Responsible for maintenance (collection, correction and update) of data pertaining to receivables of Engineers Strategic Business Unit.

2. Prepare strategic level outstanding receivable plan (basing on tools mentioned above or through different initiatives / world best practices) in line with vision of DG NLC and Commander Engineers NLC.

3. Liaison with recovery officers of Engineers Project Directorates for compilation of different reports (like monthly receipts from client for OIC NLC update, monthly receivables sheet - closed projects, monthly progress report - closed projects, persons related closed projects receivables for Commander Engineers and DG NLC).

4. Transform strategic recovery plan based on HQ Project Directorates / Under Command setups efforts into yearly, quarterly and monthly targets.

5. Liaison, coordinate and meet NLC Strategic Business Units, Government, Non-Government, Corporate, Non-corporate, institution to achieve the target.

6. Liaison with Federal Ministries and departments in specific Provincial Ministries and Department in General for recovery of outstanding receivables.

7. Establish and maintain close liaison with Ministry of PD&SI, Finance and other relevant Ministries

8. Coordinate with Branches at HQ NLC especially Legal, Audit & Recovery Branch, HQ NLC where pursuance of recovery is required.

9. Keep liaison with Government departments (like NHA, C&W, RDA) through field visits / correspondence to process cases of receivables of completed projects.
