Job Role:
• Prepare & Analyze Time & Action Plan.
• Maximize resource utilization & improve production efficiency to meet order deadlines effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery, minimize shipment delays, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Efficiently plan production in order to enhance dispatch and suggest process improvement.
• Coordinate with MMC and Fabric department for timely supply of quality-assured materials.
• Develop and execute production enhancement plan to ensure that growth targets are met.
• Ensure all processes are being run as per defined SOPS and set parameters.
