About the Role: Gentech Pakistan is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Biomedical division. The successful candidate will oversee technical operations, manage service delivery, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the biomedical service engineering team.
• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and service protocols.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Manage client relationships, service contracts, and technical support operations.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and monitor team performance and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in biomedical engineering or medical technology, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.

Technical Skills: Strong expertise in troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining biomedical equipment.
