Adepts is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in audit and taxation to join our growing Lahore office as Manager – Audit & Taxation.

This is a key managerial role overseeing audit and tax operations for a portfolio of UAE-based clients, managing a local team, and ensuring delivery excellence from Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and taxation assignments (direct and indirect) in line with UAE and international standards.
• Supervise and develop a team to ensure timely, high-quality output for UAE-based clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and technical insight.
• Support selected advisory engagements (as an added responsibility).
• Drive operational improvements and process streamlining across the department.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must be from an auditing firm background; candidates with Big 4 experience are strongly preferred.
• Solid experience in audit and taxation (UAE experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and review skills.
