Lucky One Mall is lookiing for Manager / Assistant Manager Civil Maintenance

Required Experience: 8 - 12 years' preferably working in the service or hospitality sectors.

Minimum Required Education: DAE / B.Tech/Engineering (Civil)

Skills and Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have strong exposure of supervising Finishing of projects.

• Should possess a strong sense of observation to adhere to address shortcomings in civil work.

• Plan and coordinate Civil activities, Maintenance and schedules, tracking materials and time frame.

• Interact with clients/vendors, set expectations, and track changes to the scope of work.

• Manage reporting, including daily reports and compliance documentation.

• Communicate across teams and with subcontractors to increase efficiency and track quality control
