We are Looking for a dynamic and enthusuastic Manager After Sales Customer Services based at Karachi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager After Sales Services based at Karachie. The Manager Afater Sales Services will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service teams, developing service strategies, and implementing service policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of Experience in after-sales service of Automobile or Electrical / Electornics goods.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of service strategies and policies
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
