Integration Xperts is seeking an experienced Manager Administration to oversee and manage administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office activities, implementing effective administrative systems, and managing a team of administrative staff. This role requires close collaboration with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a productive office environment.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the administration team, overseeing daily office operations, managing office supplies, and ensuring a safe and conducive work environment. The candidate will also handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor budgets, and develop internal procedures to improve efficiency. They will be in charge of administering internal events, coordinating travel and accommodation, and preparing reports on administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience in administrative roles, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
