Manager Accounts Inventory & Stock Reconciliation

Description:

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring stock take activities, variance analysis, overage material management, and related reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Follow up on tasks assigned during meetings to ensure timely completion.
• Collect, compile, and organize data required for upcoming meetings.

Weekly Tasks:

• Stock Take Coordination:
• Plan and align stock take activities with relevant SBUs and management.
• Conduct variance analysis with SBUs and management, ensuring timely adjustments.
• Overage Material Review:
• Conduct weekly overage review meetings with management, PMC Heads, R&D, and Quality teams.
• Follow up on execution of action plans from these meetings.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all weekly meetings.

Monthly Tasks:

• Lead monthly stock take execution, including:
• Gemba Visits to review on-ground operations.
• Supervision of physical stock counting activities.
• Evaluation and reconciliation of stock take results.
• Entry and validation of physical stock count data.

Qualification: ACCA / ACMA / ACA

Experience: 6 to 8 Years
