Meezab Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Accounts to lead the financial operations at its Lahore office. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and relevant experience, preferably within a travel agency or related sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic development of the finance function.

Key Objectives of the Role:

  • Ensure Financial Accuracy: Maintain precision and correctness in all financial records and reports.

  • Deliver Financial Insights: Analyze and present financial data that supports informed business decisions.

  • Lead and Develop the Team Effectively: Foster a productive, collaborative, and compliant finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions.

  • Lead the accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Analyze financial statements and data to provide actionable insights for business growth and risk management.

  • Establish and uphold robust internal control systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Guarantee financial integrity across all levels while mentoring the accounting team for continuous improvement.

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA in Accounting or a related discipline.
