The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and relevant experience, preferably within a travel agency or related sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic development of the finance function.
Key Objectives of the Role:
Ensure Financial Accuracy: Maintain precision and correctness in all financial records and reports.
Deliver Financial Insights: Analyze and present financial data that supports informed business decisions.
Lead and Develop the Team Effectively: Foster a productive, collaborative, and compliant finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions.
Lead the accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Analyze financial statements and data to provide actionable insights for business growth and risk management.
Establish and uphold robust internal control systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Guarantee financial integrity across all levels while mentoring the accounting team for continuous improvement.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA in Accounting or a related discipline.
