Description:
We are looking for a Manager – Inbound Sales to own and convert our inbound pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for prospects who reach out through our website, content, referrals, and marketing campaigns — qualifying their needs, running consultative discovery, and guiding them through to a closed deal. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who can sell RCM and medical billing services to US healthcare decision-makers with confidence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly across phone, email, and web channels.
- Qualify prospects, understand their billing/RCM pain points, and map Transcure's services to their needs.
- Run discovery calls and product conversations with practice owners, office managers, CFOs, and physicians.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM (Zoho), keeping records, stages, and follow-ups accurate.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-up communication in coordination with internal teams.
- Own conversion metrics and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and share feedback from prospect conversations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payers, and the RCM landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in US healthcare, medical billing, or RCM services.
- Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to engage US-based decision-makers.
- Comfortable working the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
- Working knowledge of CRM tools; experience with Zoho is a plus.
