We don't need someone to manage the status quo. We need someone to build the financial operating system of a scaling AI company from the ground up.

THE ROLE

You'll own everything finance and admin — reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear mandate to build, not just operate.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Financial planning: budgets, forecasts, board reporting, financial models

- Accounting operations: AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, reconciliations

- Compliance & risk: FBR regulations, tax filings, internal controls, audits

- Cash flow & treasury: burn rate, runway, investor-ready documentation

- Admin & operations: procurement, vendor management, contracts, facilities

- Team building: hire and mentor junior finance & admin staff as we scale

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

- 8–10 years in finance, accounting, or operations — SaaS/tech experience preferred (but not mandatory)

- CA, ACCA, CPA, A&F, MBA (Finance) or related field

- Demonstrated track record in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Experience building financial/administrative processes from scratch

- Experience supporting investor relations, grant management, or funding rounds is a plus
