At Clinosis, we specialize in clinical research site management and operations, helping sponsors and CROs run high-quality trials with speed and precision. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Manager, Contracts and Budgets to join our on-site team in Karachi.

This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a vital role in supporting financial and contractual operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in contract and budget negotiations with sponsors and CROs
• Prepare and track invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and manage follow-ups
• Support site finance operations, including account reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain organized documentation to ensure audit-readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams to support study start-up and execution

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience with clinical research, budgeting, or contracts is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and spoken English
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities
