Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lead qualification and data extraction teams targeting fashion and apparel buyers
- Plan and execute omnichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, ads, web, SMS)
- Write and manage personalized messaging sequences using tools like Saleshandy, Apollo, and Instantly
- Track replies, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean CRM data
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and workflows
- Collaborate with leadership to align outbound efforts with overall growth strategy
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B cold outreach, lead generation, or sales development
- Excellent written communication in English; clear, persuasive messaging is key
- Strong command of tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Saleshandy, and ZoomInfo
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven
- Bonus: Experience in the fashion/apparel or sourcing industry
