Are you an experienced finance professional with a sharp eye for risk, compliance, and portfolio quality? Join our Gold Loan Business Unit as a Manager / Senior Manager - Portfolio Quality Assurance and play a critical role in strengthening our loan operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Portfolio Quality Management

• Full ownership of Gold Loan portfolio quality & risk.
• Monitor performance across branches with a data-driven approach.

✅ Risk & Compliance

• Collaborate with Risk Management to address high-risk cases.
• Ensure compliance with all internal & regulatory frameworks.

✅ Revaluations & Branch Monitoring

• Ensure timely gold asset revaluations.
• Conduct audits and improve branch service quality.

✅ Credit Appraisal & Policy

• Enhance credit underwriting processes.
• Reduce TAT through process streamlining.

✅ Auction & Recovery

• Support recovery & auction teams to minimize NPAs.

✅ Gold Smith Panel Oversight

• Manage onboarding, evaluation, and delisting of Gold Smiths.

✅ Branch Operations Supervision

• Lead Branch Ops Managers to ensure efficiency and compliance.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business (Master’s/MBA/CIMA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Gold Loan, Credit Risk, or Operations
• Deep expertise in risk, compliance, customer service & loan portfolio management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
