M.I. Industries is looking for an experienced Manager – Production Planning and Control (PPC) to join our Knit Apparel Factory in SITE, Karachi. This role is essential in optimizing production schedules and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations. If you have a strong background in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement production schedules based on order forecasts, inventory levels, and customer demands
✅ Coordinate with Merchandising, Procurement, and Production teams to align production plans
✅ Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to manage delays, shortages, or unexpected changes
✅ Analyze production data to optimize workflow and resource allocation
✅ Maintain and update production schedules as necessary
✅ Collaborate with procurement, quality, and production teams to resolve bottlenecks
✅ Generate reports on production performance and efficiency

Key Requirements:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management or Production Management)

📈 Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years in production planning and control, preferably in the apparel industry

💡 Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command over Excel and related tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in production planning tools and software
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
