Position Summary:

Responsible to provide financial MIS to management for their decision making along with preparation and monitoring of Annual budgets. Also responsible to manage staff funds.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Preferably MBA/ACCA/ ICMA / CA finalist with minimum 3 – 5 years of experience with Financial Services and HEC recognized University. Should have command over MS Office and must possess Analytical skills, numerical aptitude and good communication skills. Possess knowledge and experience in Financial / Management Reporting Analysis or Strategy Department. Understanding of monitoring and control process and procedures with good analytical skills and good financial analysis capabilities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Annual Budget of the Bank
    a. Preparation and circulation of Budget requisition templates to
    the whole network
    b. Holding meetings with the stakeholders to assist them in the
    budget exercise
    c. Gathering budget requisitions from the whole network
    d. Compiling the annual budget
    e. Getting the annual budget reviewed and approved from
    Executive Committee and BOD
    f. Submission of annual budget to the stakeholders
  2. Review and circulation of MPR (Monthly Performance Review)
  3. Review of weekly MIS on Deposits/ Advances and any other
    MIS as and when requested by management
  4. Meeting all MoF information submission requests
  5. Responsible to manage FWBL Employees Funds. This includes
    but not limited to:
    a. Holding meetings of Trustees of Employees Staff Funds
    b. Managing Investment Portfolio of the Employees Trust Funds
    c. Book keeping and Annual audits of Employees Trust Funds
    d. Actuarial valuation of compensated absences, Pension Fund
    and Gratuity Fund
