𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

• Establish and implement credit scoring and collection risk management frameworks for the bank’s digital retail lending portfolio.

• Coordinate with vendors to develop and enhance credit scoring models, scorecards, and automated decision rules.

• Develop customer segmentation and risk-based underwriting strategies using transactional, repayment, behavioural, and alternative data.

• Develop and monitor Early Warning Indicators (EWIs) to identify potential delinquency risks.

• Design and optimize pre-delinquency and delinquency collection strategies.

• Analyse portfolio performance, delinquency trends, roll rates, cure rates, recovery rates, and vintage performance.

• Monitor scorecard effectiveness and establish risk-based cut-offs, thresholds, and decision rules.

• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Collections, Business, Data Analytics, and Technology teams to implement automated decision engines.

• Establish KPI/KRI reporting and provide analytical insights to senior management.

• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and continuous monitoring of scoring models and collection strategies.
