Description:

The Manager of People Growth & Partnerships will lead the organization's talent acquisition, people development, and strategic partnership initiatives. The role will oversee the recruitment team, build strong talent pipelines, develop relationships with universities and workforce organizations, and support initiatives that strengthen the organization's people and future talent needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the Technical Recruiter and Human Capital Associate.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy requirements and sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Assign clear responsibilities and monitor team performance, KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are completed within realistic timelines.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and provide coaching, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Identify recruitment challenges, resource requirements, and areas for process improvement.

Partnerships & Talent Pipeline

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, workforce organizations, and relevant professional networks.
  • Lead partnership discussions and coordinate partnership proposals and agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in virtual job fairs, career events, and talent-development programs.
  • Develop sustainable partnerships that support the organization's current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify opportunities to build future talent pipelines through apprenticeships, internships, and early-career programs.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain recruitment and people-related KPIs and reports.
  • Provide management with regular updates on recruitment pipelines, partnerships, team performance, and key challenges.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation and processes are maintained accurately.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, people management, and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and talent-management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
