This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee Officer - Sales located in Karachi Division. The responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, analyzing market trends, supporting program management, and contributing to financial planning and budgeting processes. The trainee will also engage with clients, communicate effectively to address their needs, and demonstrate potential for growth into senior sales roles.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to assist in planning and allocation of resources
• Experience or aptitude in Program Management to support sales initiatives and projects
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
