Management Trainee Officer

Naheed is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Category Management and Commercial team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in retail, marketplace operations, and brand management. The trainee will support category managers in product assortment, vendor coordination, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the category team in managing product assortments and SKU listings.

• Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and promotions.

• Support the team in inventory planning, stock replenishment, and forecasting.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for category managers.

• Help maintain product data, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support negotiations and documentation related to supplier agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
