Management Trainee Officer

A leading organization in the manufacturing industry is looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales to join its sales team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience to kickstart their career in a challenging, growth-focused industrial sales environment.

The selected candidate will play an integral role in promoting high-quality steel-based products and building a strong client base, while gaining valuable cross-functional exposure in planning, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Promotion:
  Market and sell a range of steel-based products including Coils, Slit, CTL, Profiles, and Purlins to potential clients and industrial customers.

• Competitor Targeting:
  Identify and convert competitor accounts, contributing to market share growth and competitive positioning.

• Cross-functional Coordination:
  Collaborate closely with planning, marketing, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and customer-centric sales process.

• Sales Analytics & Reporting:
  Provide accurate and timely sales insights, trends, and analysis to the Head of Region, supporting strategic sales decisions.

Required Qualification:

• Education: BBA in Marketing

• Experience: Fresh graduates to a maximum of 6 months of relevant experience

• Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn in a high-performance industrial environment
