Better Deals is currently seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Trade to join our growing team. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in trade documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational workflow, paving the way for long-term professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing import and export documentation and procedures

• Support the trade team with compliance and regulatory checks

• Maintain communication with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams

• Analyze trade operations data and assist in reporting activities

• Learn and use trade-related software and tools to streamline operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related discipline

• Familiarity with import/export regulations and international trade practices

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with trade software is a plus

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
