POSITION:
Incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting installation of operating system, MS Office, Office 365/Microsoft Exchange (desktop, laptop, mobile) applications
Assist in hardware support of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
Compliance with IT policies & procedures
Incumbent will assist in providing remote support
