We are hiring motivated and career-focused individuals for our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program in Digital Sales. This is a paid, structured training opportunity designed to develop future Sales Executives within our organization.

Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to international sales operations, client communication, and business development, with a clear pathway toward full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to build strong relationships and address queries.

• Gather and analyze project requirements, coordinate tasks, and facilitate effective communication between clients and development teams.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, track progress, and contribute to strategies focused on client satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, persuasive communication, and closing sales deals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates and undergraduates with the know-how of client management or sales, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Understanding of the Fiverr platform and how to effectively engage with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
