Jubilee Life Insurance is offering a 3-month Management Internship Program for energetic and career-focused individuals who want to gain practical exposure in team management and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support team building and team development activities

• Supervise and guide team members on a daily basis

• Monitor team performance and productivity

• Collect and maintain day-to-day activity reports from the team

• Motivate team members to improve performance and consistency

• Assist the team in achieving assigned targets and business goals

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students or fresh graduates in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment

• Islamabad / Rawalpindi residents preferred

• Male & Female both can apply
