Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who...
- Has 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience—this ain’t an internship.
- Knows email marketing inside out (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Hubspot—you tell us).
- Has done lead generation on LinkedIn and got results.
- Knows how to run and scale paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok—you name it).
- Lives for narrative-driven brand strategy. You understand that marketing without soul is noise.
- Has worked with e-commerce brands and helped scale them profitably.
- Can think like a designer and lead like a strategist. Bonus points if you’ve got an eye for visual identity.
- Is bold, solution-oriented, and isn’t afraid to take initiative or challenge the norm.
- Can lead content ideas, guide the design team, and make social media resonate.
- Has a work ethic that doesn’t need policing. You’re driven because you care.
- Knows that “team player” doesn’t mean being soft—it means being accountable.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning and executing the entire marketing function for Surkush.
- Planning and leading email marketing campaigns, social strategies, and growth experiments.
- Generating leads (real leads, not fluff) and turning them into clients.
- Guiding our design and content team with insight and strategic direction.
- Launching and scaling our new e-commerce brand: Patina—a silver jewellery brand for women with a bold, elegant edge.
- Building systems that help us scale, not slow us down.
- Working directly with the founder. No red tape. Full ownership.
