Maintenance Supervisor

Imam Clinic is looking for a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering Department and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
✅ Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil Works)
✅ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
✅ Oversee renovation and facility improvement projects
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards
✅ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance-related activities
✅ Prepare maintenance reports and support operational excellence initiatives

Requirements:
🔹 DAE or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
🔹 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
