Maintenance Planner

Description:

• Analyze maintenance notifications through the Vale ERP system.
• Plan risks and their controls according to the JSA of the activity.
• Work proactively using task lists or creating them.
• Manage backlog and treat deviations daily.
• Define the required resources for the job execution (materials, workforce, scaffolding, mobile equipment, etc.)
• Preparation of schedules using the MS Project software, considering all interfaces.
• Preparation of follow-up documents, such as s-curves, powerpoint presentations, reports, etc.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree/Diploma.
• Maintenance Planner certification is desirable.
• Experience with SAP Module ECC Production.
• Minimum of 3  years experience in maintenance planning in a Pellet plant, Cement plant, Steel plant or any other heavy process industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Mandatory: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project). Certification is desirable.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
