Maintenance Manager

Description:

Haier, a top company in Pakistan, is hiring for Manager Maintenance - AC Division at their factory in Lahore. This full-time role helps plan and manage equipment repairs to keep production smooth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for optimal equipment and facility performance.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations of maintenance teams and equipment.
Foster safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the department.
Track cost-saving opportunities and implement effective maintenance strategies.
Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
Work on new Total Productive Maintenance for the Division Head.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in maintenance practices.
Provide updates and feedback to top management on matters related to ISO Standards as and when required.

Requirements:
Qualification: BSc Mech / Electrical.
Experience: 10-12 years in Industrial Maintenance.
Location: Haier Factory 19.5 Km Raiwind Road, Lahore.
