Maintenance Manager

Description:

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities/Skills:
 Plan, organize and direct preventive maintenance programmes for all mechanical/electrical machinery, equipment, fittings/fixtures within and outside of the hotel.
Undertake feasibility studies for up-gradation of the hotel and any other specific projects.
To study all submissions by consultants on assignments done by them and advise them on changes/modifications as may be necessary.
To prepare Engineering Department budget and monitor the progress of expenditure especially with a view that it is evenly spread, and no extra
budgetary expenditure is incurred.
