Maintenance Manager

Roshan Packages Limited is looking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Manager for its manufacturing facility at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.

🔧 The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, machine uptime, maintenance cost optimization, spare parts management, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
✅ Strong understanding of PLCs, automation systems, utilities, and modern maintenance practices
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

📌 Experience
✅ 8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably within the Packaging, Paper, Corrugation, Flexible Packaging, FMCG, or Process Manufacturing industry
✅ Proven experience in managing large maintenance teams and manufacturing assets

📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
🔹 Ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency across production lines
🔹 Lead and mentor maintenance teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
🔹 Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
🔹 Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence
🔹 Analyze equipment performance data and implement reliability improvement plans
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
🔹 Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis initiatives to improve plant performance
