Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

NeuralFlex is looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer (Computer Vision) to help shape the future of AI-powered solutions!. This role is based in Lahore but offers the flexibility to work remotely. The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing computer vision algorithms, working on pattern recognition, neural networks, statistics, and algorithms to enhance AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, and tracking models
• Expertise in PyTorch and leading object detection frameworks (YOLO, Ultralytics, Detectron2, etc.).
• Experience deploying and optimizing ML models on AWS cloud
• Strong knowledge of OpenCV for image processing and computer vision tasks.
• Experience with SQL databases and backend frameworks (Flask/FastAPI) for API deployment.

Bonus skills:

• Proficiency in NCNN framework
• Knowledge of 3D Image Segmentation and Depth Estimation
• Proficiency in LLMs and Vision Language Models
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks ( Langchain or PhiData)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art object detection and segmentation models.
• Build high-performance inference pipelines on AWS
• Innovate and deploy AI-powered vision solutions that enhance real-world automation, surveillance, and business intelligence
