Sphaera Technologies is seeking a Machine Learning & AI Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML models powering our intelligence engine. This role sits at the core of our competitive edge — transforming Salesforce/HubSpot/Finance/ERP data into predictive, prescriptive, and automated insights.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Build & optimize ML models for lead scoring, churn prediction, upsell affinity, payment stability and more.
Create feature stores & implement ML experimentation best practices.
Collaborate with Data Engineers on end-to-end pipelines (Salesforce, HubSpot, Finance, LinkedIn, APIs).
Deploy & monitor models in Microsoft Fabric with CI/CD pipelines and real-time inference.
Explore Generative AI, LLM integration, graph-based ML for next-gen solutions.
Present insights to executives and business teams.
🛠️ Required Skills:
Strong in Python, SQL, PySpark.
ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM.
Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, MLflow, CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with streaming data (Kafka/Event Hubs) & feature engineering.
3–6 years of applied ML/AI engineering experience.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
⭐ Nice to Have:
Domain knowledge in CRM, SalesTech, Real Estate PropTech.
Azure ecosystem expertise.
Ability to explain complex outputs to non-technical stakeholders.
