• Oversee all company social media accounts management
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote
• brand-focused messages
• Take ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
• Help in assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports
• Follow SOPs assigned by Operations Manage
• Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods
• Be a planner, inform your manager about the customer support issues on time
• Have confidence in speaking and writing to the customers
• Most importantly, have a can-do attitude. Be prepared to get involved in everything within the customer support department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ experience in business administration or relevant field
• Fresh graduates can apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
