Logistic Officer

Description:

Looking for a dynamic and hardworking “Logistic Officer” for its Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and must have at least 2-3 years of experience in relevant role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange & manage domestic logistics services i.e., Trucking as per shipment plans.
• Ensure consignments are being delivered in time as per contract terms.
• Ensure effective execution plans by strong follow-ups & coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle day to day operations & ensure relevant payments are being processed in timely manner.
• Prepare, update and maintain the required documentation.
• To operate Weboc tool.
• Proficient in writing letters to address queries.
• Coordinate with agents for ocean freight negotiations for exports and clearing for import shipments.
