Key Responsibilities:
- Local SEO Optimization:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance SMB visibility on GMB and Apple Maps.
- Google My Business Management:
- Create and manage GMB Organization accounts.
- Reinstate suspended or removed GMB listings effectively.
- Produce and post content regularly on GMB listings to engage users and boost visibility.
- Apple Maps Management:
- Create, claim, and manage Apple Maps listings.
- Optimize listings to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Business Citations:
- Add and manage business citations across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information across all listings.
- Understand the critical importance of NAP consistency for local search success.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration:
- Work with team leads and implement strategies effectively.
- Training & Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions, create resources, and provide ongoing guidance to team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Innovative Contributions: Bring creative ideas to the table to enhance the effectiveness of local search campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Local SEO, specifically managing GMB and Apple Maps.
- Good English writing skills for post-content creation
- Proven ability to create and manage Google My Business Organization accounts.
- Experience reinstating suspended or removed GMB listings.
- Hands-on experience in posting on GMB listings to engage users.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Apple Maps listings.
