Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute effective local e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize our local e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Product Listing and Merchandising: Oversee product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and appeal on our online platforms.
- Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate local e-commerce initiatives with digital marketing campaigns to boost online visibility and conversion rates.
- Customer Relationship Management: Implement and maintain effective customer engagement strategies, including personalized promotions, loyalty programs, and responsive customer support.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to recommend innovative and effective e-commerce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Local E-commerce in Pakistan Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of local e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
